Blogilates Time
Alright, here we go.
*I hope I’m not alone in this*
Today is a day to get shit done, so that’s what I’m doing. It’s gross outside. The sun is desperately trying to escape the clouds and melt the rest of this snowwwww like get out of here! So needless to say, I’m staying inside. It’s cold. But imma heat it up.
I’m going to do a sequence of Blogilates videos, post which ones I’m doing, and take a quick break in between each one to tell you what to expect!

yooo. ha. this is fucking tough. i’d say i started feeling prettttty challenged at around P (the second time she goes through the alphabet) but just hold on &keep going! the torture will end and you’ll feel great.

ya’ll. make sure you’ve eaten enough before you do this sequence haha. i’m doing it mid-day, but i think i’d suggest waiting until you’;ve at least eaten breakfast+lunch, but if you can, wait until after dinner. you’re going to need some brain food to get you through this shit. so good.
