Hey guys! My name is Nicole and I'm a 21 year old Canadian female :). I spent the summer of 2012 completely rewriting my destiny, and am turning 2013 into a year of transition! Transition into a vegan lifestyle that is, so wish me luck. I'm happier &healthier than I've ever been in my entire life and this blog will hopefully show you why. I will forever be fighting the demons in my mind telling me I'm not good enough --and winning. I'm a recovering bulimic with serious anorexic tendencies, but that's not who I am anymore, feel me?

my goal is to not give up! and no more weigh ins till june 1st so i have something to look foward to (:

my goal is to stay on track with my 5 week workout plan! workout everyday, eat healthily, and complete my detox!
